Abstract:

This article investigates the problem of simultaneous attitude and vibration control of a flexible spacecraft to perform high precision attitude maneuvers and reduce vibrations caused by the flexible panel excitations in the presence of external disturbances, system uncertainties, and actuator faults. Adaptive integral sliding mode control is used in conjunction with an attitude actuator fault iterative learning observer (based on sliding mode) to develop an ACTIVE fault tolerant algorithm considering rigid-flexible body dynamic interactions. The discontinuous structure of fault-tolerant control led to discontinuous commands in the control signal, resulting in chattering. This issue was resolved by introducing an adaptive rule for the sliding surface. Furthermore, the utilization of the sign function in the iterative learning observer for estimating actuator faults has not only enhanced its robustness to external disturbances through a straightforward design, but has also led to a decrease in computing workload. The strain rate feedback control algorithm has been employed with the use of piezoelectric sensor/actuator patches to minimize residual vibrations caused by rigid-flexible body dynamic interactions and the effect of attitude actuator faults. Lyapunov's law ensures finite-time overall system stability even with fully coupled rigid-flexible nonlinear dynamics. Numerical simulations demonstrate the performance and advantages of the proposed system compared to other conventional approaches.

Abstract:

Sexual desire is one of the important human needs which some people try to satisfy through traumatic ways. One of these ways is the use of pornographic products in various forms which are available to individuals and can result in irreversible harms to both society and individuals. The major harm caused by using such products is its negative impact on women at first and consequently on marriage and family. Accordingly, the main objective of the present study is the pathology of using such products for women. This is a qualitative study done with a phenomenological approach based on the purposeful sampling. In this regard, 20 men who were involved in suing pornographic products like videos and pictures were interviewed in detail. Data analysis was carried out using Kuliz method. Based on the findings of this study, the OUTCOMES of using such products can be classified into two categories of attitudinal OUTCOMES (in which a woman is regarded as a sexual means and may lead to fear of friendliness, improper conception of women and disruption of marriage.) and ACTIVE OUTCOMES (in which sexual modeling, sexual addiction, rape and sexual violence and lustful sexual intercourse are done).

Backgrounds and Objectives: Estimation of exact time of admission for Labor is very important for mother and neonates safety. Therefore this study was done to detect the impact of early admission on labor conduct and neonatal OUTCOMES.Materials and Methods: In this descriptive and comparable study , 250women with low risk Pregnancy ;single fetus and vertex Presentation, that had been admitted in their latent Phase (group 1) and 250 women who had similar characteristics and had been admitted in their ACTIVE Phase (group 2) were assessed randomly and compared in Taleghani hospital. Information recording forms and check lists were used for data collection. SPSS software, t-test, chi -square and Regression logistic tests were used to analyze the obtained data. P<0.05 was considered as the significant level. Results: Our study showed that 6.8 percent of early referred and 5.8 percent of late referred women had fetal Brady Cardia, tacky cardia and the difference was not significant. But they had significant difference in PH of Cord Arterial, Apgar score of infants in 1 min and Primary resuscitation management’s use (P£0.05).Conclusion: admission of women in Latent Phase of pregnancy increase the complications. It is suggested to do not admitted mothers in their latent Phase when there is not a clear indication of admission.

Abstract:

With an increase in the older adult population, many countries have designed programs to promote ACTIVE aging. Thus, knowledge of the factors and features of these programs is necessary to design a comprehensive ACTIVE aging program. This study aimed to review the ACTIVE aging programs focusing on the extraction of essential factors, key features, and OUTCOMES of these programs. This narrative review was carried out to examine the conducted ACTIVE aging programs. Through systematic searches of databases within the time limit of 2002–2021, articles were identified and assessed against inclusion and exclusion criteria. Using the findings, three sections were developed: (1) essential factors in designing programs that consist of older adults' participation, health maintenance and, promotion, leisure time, and technology use,(2) key features of the program, include affordability, voluntary participation, intergenerational consideration, social networks and government support, lifelong learning and teaching, cross-sectoral and inter-professional collaboration, and an enabling-supportive environment,(3) the program OUTCOMES, include increasing awareness and knowledge, activities and participation, quality of life, life satisfaction in various psychological dimensions of well-being, and physical, mental, cognitive, and behavioral health in older adults. Some gaps were identified. Consequently, future planners are recommended to address older adults' sexual health, community culture, and gender in addition to other key features and essential factors in designing ACTIVE aging programs to promote older adults' health.

Purpose: The potential effects of statins on clinical and histopathologic variables, prostate size, or PSA density (PSAD) and resulting influences on ACTIVE surveillance eligibility have not been adequately explored. This study examines the effect of statins on prostate specimens following prostatectomy. Materials and Methods: Patients that received robotic-assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy (RALP) (n = 2, 632) were dichotomized according to preoperative statin use. Logistic regression was used to evaluate associations between statin use and patient clinical and pathological characteristics. Results: Men using statins at the time of prostatectomy were older (61. 6 ± 6. 4 versus 58. 8 ± 7. 2 years, P <. 001), and had poorer health status (P <. 001). Biopsy Gleason grade, clinical stage and prostate size were similar among the two groups, although statin users had lower diagnostic PSA levels (5. 5 ± 3. 6 versus 6. 3 ± 4. 9 ng/mL, P <. 001) and PSAD (. 12 versus. 13, P =. 001). Conclusion: Men taking statins at the time of prostatectomy had similar histopathologic characteristics to non-users, despite having significantly lower serum PSA, being older and having similar sized prostates. This supports prior studies suggesting a PSA reduction effect of statins may warrant consideration of statin usage in decision algorithms for ACTIVE surveillance.
